Magflux F5 Magnetic Flow Sensor Overview
The Mecon Magflux F5 is an magflow meter that is particularly suitable for measuring the flow of extremely small quantities, particularly in dosing, proportioning and batching systems. In conjunction with the transmitters Intermag 2/Transmag 2, complex tasks can be solved using the integral software for batching applications. Very low flows can be measured accurately with the alternating field option and the Transmag 2 transmitter, due to the large magnetic field and the zero stability.

• Metering tube made from high corrosion and temperature resistant zirconium oxide
• Inside diameter (metering tube): 2 mm and above
• Lowest measuring ranges: 0 to 5 l/h with constant field or 0 to 3 l/h with alternating field
• Very low minimum conductivity: 10 μS/cm with constant field or 0.1 μS/cm with alternating field
• Wide choice of process connections & materials
• Robust and interference-free due to closed steel housing
