T321+ Signal Conditioner Overview
The Tracker 321+ has a number of practical benefits that make it ideally suited for applications that require signal conditioning and remote/distributed data acquisition.
 
T321+ Signal Conditioner Features
• Signal isolation eliminates earth-loops which cause noisy and inaccurate measurements
• Accurate analogue re-transmission of 1 part in 32,000, user selectable 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V
• Linearisation of thermocouple and RTD sensors so outputs are linear to temperature
• User configurable linearisation for applications such as tank contents measurements
• Can power a two-wire transmitter (24 VDC) or a strain gauge (10 VDC)
• Logic expansion module for up to 4 alarm outputs (Tracker 340)
• Modbus RTU compatible isolated RS485 interface for configuration and real time data
• Modbus floating point and a simple ASCII based protocols available with auto detection
• Up to 128 devices on a single RS485 network without the need for repeaters
• Block read/write features for fast data transfer
• Communication loss "self protection" modes
• Standard Mini-B 5-pin USB configuration, the only connection needed for configuration
• Simultaneous use of serial interface and USB ports
• Free configuration software
• 5 year warranty
