What did our client require?

A well-known Japanese mobile phone and tablet manufacturer needed to find a compact industrial good quality Turbine Flow Meter to guarantee mould tooling temperatures by accurately monitoring and controlling the tool at different locations to provide an even tool temperature and so maintain the highest product finish. As well as accurate and reliable flow measurements, they were also looking for a 4-20 mA output that could:

  1. Measure liquid flows with a range of up to 30 l/mminute
  2. Withstand temperatures up to 170°C
