The Flow 40 is highly reliable, accuarate and stable inductive flow meter from Comac Cal.
Standard versions of the Flow 40 can be made either in a compact or separate version of the flow meter. Process connections are available as flanged, sandwich (flanged), threaded and a ductile fitting (DIN 11851) or clamp. The inductive flow meter from Comac Cal offers a wide range of outputs and communications for connection to various control systems. Housing two pulse outputs (max. 400 Hz), current output 4 ÷ 20 mA for instantaneous flow monitoring or MBus or RS485 communication with M-BUS, AMSET, J & C, C30 amonst others. The two-line LCD display shows an array of useful information including; instantaneous flow, volume, return volume, date and time, monthly archive, daily archive, failure record, tariff value, and error messages. The meter also has two pulse inputs for external meters, making it very versatile. The flexibility of use is provided by several types of tabs, hard or soft rubber, rubber with a certificate for drinking water, PTFE, PFA or E-CTFE. Inductive flow meter FLOW 40 is certified for use in commercial areas., such as the water industry. An example of this is in sewage treatment plants and sewage networks as well as in industrial water distribution networks. It can also be used in the food and chemical industry for special media.
