Over the years iCenta has supplied goods to countries all over the world with knowledge and experience in exporting and importing overseas via airfreight, sea freight and Road.

Carriage:
All orders are subject to a carriage charge which is dependent upon the weight, dimensions and method used. This charge will be added at check out.
 
We can offer the following services:
UK Express (Next Day Service) – based on 24hr delivery via DPD
UK Standard – based on 1-2 days delivery via DPD
Worldwide Express – based on 1-2 days delivery via TNT
Worldwide Economy – based on 2-5 days delivery via TNT (available for Europe & Southern Ireland)

All orders must be placed by 2:00pm and delivery times are subject to stock being available. Shipments are charged at the greater or actual volumetric weight.

Price and lead time can be quoted for heavy or bulk items, please ask if you would like further details.
 
Arranging shipping yourself?
Should you wish to arrange collection, in person or via courier, please contact us and provide the details.
 
Incorrect/damaged deliveries:
We must be notified of Non- delivery, damaged or incorrect delivery of goods within 7 days of receipt.

Documentation:
We can supply various certificates free of charge, however some certificates like Origin and Chamber of Commerce, charges will apply.

Warranty & Returns

Product warranty:
Products warranties of up to 3 years are available on selected products from the date of supply which is deemed as the invoice date. We will undertake to repair or replace any parts which prove to be defective within that time or to offer a credit/refund provided the instrument(s) have been returned (carriage paid) within the warranty period.

The product warranty will be invalidated if labels have been removed, the goods have been abused, altered, used at ratings above or below the maximum specified or otherwise misused in any way.

All flow meter products are shipped fully calibrated and ready for installation. To ensure optimum performance, we recommend that you recalibrate the instrumentation every 12 months.

Product Returns:
We accept returns up to 14 days after initial despatch.

If you have inspected the goods and they are not to your satisfaction we will provide you with a Returned Material Authorisation number via email or post, please send this form back with the returned items to the address.
