Flowmax 54i Ultrasonic Flow Meter from MIB GmbH is able to measure conductive and non-conductive liquids contact free. The 54i Series Flowmax has no moving parts meaning no degeneration over long periods of time.

The design of the pipe on this flow meter minimises dead space over the whole geometry. All parts having contact to the medium are PE-HD. Due to the Flowmax 54i's technical properties it is able to measure multiple liquid types. For example, general applications include;

• DI-Water
• Body care liquids
• Cosmetics
• liquid food
• aggressive and/or toxic acids
• and alkali based liquids

Flowmax has a very high measurement accuracy and repeatability and empty pipe detection is integrated into the device. Optionally Flowmax have a PID controller function. The calculated flow of the medium is provided with a response rate of a few milliseconds on the outputs.

Flowmax has by default a preset quantity counter and the start signal can be optionally fed from the outside. A control signal for activation of the pump or valve control is also standard on this ultrasonic flow meter.

Flowmax 54i is suitable for operation with piston diaphragm and peristaltic pumps.
