The Mag-flux M1 is a microprocessor-controlled magnetic inductive transmitter designed for precise flow measurement of conductive liquids. Using a pulsed DC constant field (PDC) measuring principle, it delivers reliable and stable flow signals for demanding industrial applications.
Engineered to process measurement data from compatible mag-flux sensors, the M1 provides accurate monitoring of flow velocities up to 10 m/s in liquids with a minimum conductivity of 3 µS/cm. It is ideally suited for water and wastewater treatment, food and beverage production, and pulp and paper processing.
The transmitter features high-speed 16-bit signal processing, galvanically isolated outputs, and flexible configuration options including 0/4–20 mA analog output, pulse and frequency outputs, and optional HART® communication (Version 7.0). An optional local control unit with illuminated two-line LCD display enables straightforward configuration and real-time monitoring.
