The battery-operated Sitrans MAG 8000 / MAG 8000CT offers the flexibility to install a reliable water flow meter virtually anywhere without sacrificing accuracy or performance. No mains power is required.
The MAG 8000 is designed according to the global water meter standard OIML R49 and the European CEN EN 14154. The magnetic flow meter fulfils the special customer demands to water applications within abstraction, distribution network, revenue metering as well as irrigation. All functionalities are integrated in one meter to optimise water supply and use of scarce resources.
The SITRANS MAG 8000 Magnetic Flow Meter offers:
- Superior measurement (down to 0.2% maximum uncertainty)
- Graphical display for optimum user operation and information on site
- Custody transfer version for water billing, with OIML R49 type approval
- Compact and remote installation in IP68/NEMA 6P enclosure and factory mounted cable
