iCenta Staff Take on First Aid Training with Greenbox Training
At iCenta Controls, we’re all about precision and preparedness—not just in our flow measurement solutions, but also in looking after the safety and well-being of our team. In December, we hosted a First Aid Training Day, and thanks to the fantastic team at Greenbox Training, we gained invaluable skills while having a lot of fun along the way!

What We Got Up To with Greenbox Training
Our training session was expertly run by Greenbox Training, whose knowledgeable and engaging trainer guided us through a full day of life-saving techniques. Here’s what we covered:
•CPR Training: With a dummy and plenty of encouragement, we practiced the proper technique for CPR. It was a real eye-opener,
with some of us realising just how physically demanding it can be (think of it as a surprise cardio workout!).
•Bandaging Basics: We learned how to apply bandages for everything from sprains to more serious injuries. A few of us got a little overzealous, wrapping up our “patients” with some impressive mummy-style bandages!
•Dealing with Emergencies: Greenbox put us through our paces with practical scenarios, helping us build confidence in responding to real-world situations. Whether it’s choking, bleeding, or a sudden collapse, we now know what to do.
Greenbox Training did an incredible job of making the day interactive, informative, and fun. Their mix of expert knowledge and a relaxed teaching style ensured that everyone walked away feeling capable and confident.
