Traceable Calibration

Traceable Flow Meter Calibration and Repair Services to Maintain Accuracy

To ensure optimal accuracy throughout its lifespan, it is recommended that a flow meter undergo regular calibration. Without periodic flow meter calibration, the accuracy can drift, leading to inconsistent measurements and diminished performance, which may ultimately impact your processes and product quality.

When you send us devices for calibration, we kindly ask you to either send* or enclose the following forms:

*If you choose to send the completed forms by email, please address to sales@iCenta.co.uk.

iCenta Controls Calibration Laboratory 29592

Accredited in accordance with International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for the calibration of liquid flow.

UKAS Schedule of Accreditation for iCenta Controls Ltd Calibration Laboratory 29592

Piston Prover method – Meter size up to 2-inch/50mm bore.

Calibration Points

We are normally asked for either 3- 5- or 10- point calibrations but we can accommodate up to 32 points if required.

Calibration Process Medium

We can offer a range of process media for volume flow rate calibration, but we find most customers request the use of water. Other process media available include Oils and Hydrocarbons covering a viscosity range of 0.6 to 100 mm²/s (cSt). For mass flow rate we only offer water as the process media.

iCenta Controls Traceable Calibration

This is not part of our UKAS accreditation, but measurements are traceable to national and international standards.
